Due to the same repeated attacks by the Missoula Courts, and by the same bad actors in Missoula County… EV11 Automotive Design, Fabrication, & Sales 🇺🇸™️ has been forced into a 2nd financial default, during my fresh financial start from bankruptcy, and my fresh re-entry from Prison. Today’s default mirrors the default that was caused in 2019, by the same bad actors, using the same false allegations.
I am requesting an emergency group intervention, emergency crime victim’s assistance, and emergency restitution in the amount of $2,750.00. Due by 12/6/23.
AT A MINIMUM, an outstanding balance of $97,250.00; for VIN #5FNYF6H25NB097960; is owed by 1/6/23.
In just (1) of many individual categories of damages:
– GROSS OPERATIONS DAMAGES for the 2023 calendar year are being assessed at $365,000.00.
A $300,000,000.00 defamation settlement* offer has been proposed, to cover the entire (8) year length of this smear campaign (2016-2024). This is a variable proposal, that will ultimately be made concrete, by an actual assessment of value… once this information becomes available to me, to my Attorneys, and to the Court:
- the past, present, and future value of my Business
- multiplied by the wealth of my Family
- year-over-year for (8) years

Wouldn’t it have been better for everyone, if Dave Glaser simply handed me the $20K loan back in 2016? I could have easily paid it back already. It would have been cheaper even if I didn’t pay it back. These are the types of financial damages that we see, when we allow bad actors to hold high positions of power and financial control in the community.
Small business entrepreneurs like myself need 2 things:
1) Infrastructure
2) Working Capital
Dave Glaser kept those things for himself, while failing to provide them to hard working blue collar people like me, in the community that he serves. And he went beyond that. Not only did he deny me a loan, he made false allegations that I threatened to kill him. Dave Glaser stepped outside his role as “Community/Small Business Lender”, and attempted to become a “Community Policeman”. What did the Police tell him in 2016? What did the Prosecutors tell him in 2016? I’m confused. Why did he wait 8 years to apply for a protection order?
I want the Title to Dave Glaser’s $750,000.00 house on the hill, because he chose to put his house up against the $750,000.00 worth of Titles on this website, that I built outside by hand. Does he have any savings? I’m worth more than he is. I want everything he has.
