This entire case is 10 years of Antisemitism, retaliation, corruption, collusion, perjury, criminal defamation, unlawful arrest, malicious prosecution, wrongful conviction, wrongful imprisonment, and business interference. It represents a complete failure of the justice system, to identify and correct the issues held before the Court. This is a case of covert psychological abuse, financial abuse, and antisemitism. It has damaged every personal friendship, romantic relationship, and business connection I’ve had for the last 10 years. These people have delayed the construction, destroyed the sale, and sabotaged the delivery of every vehicle I’ve built for the last 7 years… since the inception of my business in 2016.
Furthermore, as of August 1st 2023, I realize that this same Missoula Courthouse has re-created the same circumstances, events, and witnesses that were used to justify sentencing me to Prison in 2019. Only today:
- I’m not being charged with a crime;
and; - We’ve caught an alleged “victim of death threats” (Dave Glaser) committing perjury.
The original “victim of emails” (Catherine “Katy” Jones) hasn’t even been involved in this case for 6 years…not since 2017. This court just shut my business down again, in the middle of my fresh restart. I’m being accused of threatening to kill 2 prominent people… Media Reporter Dillon Kato, and CDFI Banker Dave Glaser. But there’s no mention of it in the media. Not this time. Because it’s antisemitism:

- All of the unknown Missoula County Sheriff’s Deputies that arrested me at my shop in 2018, when I was driving my brand new Mercedes home, with 300 miles on it, and charged me with Felony criminal endangerment, for running a car off the road that doesn’t exist… all need to be investigated for corruption, collusion, criminal defamation, unlawful arrest, and business interference.
- 2018, Missoula County – Before I went to Prison Missoula County Sheriff’s Office tracked a girlfriend to a hotel room after we had sex… where they tried to coerce her into becoming a “me-too victim”. She called me crying and told me that they were asking her a bunch of stupid questions like, “are you ok?” …and… “is he hurting you?” …and… “is he holding you here againt your will? She was crying because she was so upset by the unannounced late-night hotel visit. She was scared that they knew where she was and that they must have been following us. She told them to “fuck off” and leave us alone. She left town the next day because she was so upset at the way Police were following me around.
- Over a (2)year period – during the height of my business success – from 2017 through 2019, I was arrested (6)times; unlawfully detained/arrested (4)times; traffic stopped/followed/visited/harrassed by the Missoula County Sheriff’s Office (12+)times; forced to wear a GPS ankle monitor; submit to drug testing; and was ultimately held on $35,000 cash bail/$180,000 collateral bond. (20+)Separate Missoula County Sheriff’s Office contacts and years of harassment – not because of a clear picture of criminal activity – but because of a smear campaign intended to disrupt my business… by causing me to waste critical time/money, restricting my travel, and causing public panic/confusion over who I am, and what I do.

In 2014, I sued a Missoula Chamber of Commerce member – Sten Solberg – whose wife Cathy(?) worked at the Missoula County or City Attorney’s Office(?), and won a settlement for defamation and business interference. (Case No. 3:13-cv-02069)
In 2016, I come back to Missoula to start this business… and immediately Dillon Kato writes a defamatory newspaper article about me. By the way they write the article… they make me sound like some crazy out of control monster… and this is the beginning of the public smear campaign. A wildfire of abuse started by a student reporter that calls himself a “wordsmith” and “insecure”…. overseen by a published crime fiction novelist. And surely more people I’ll never know. Right around that same time in 2016 I brought a prototype vehicle under construction to the University of Montana Blackstone small business launchpad… and eventually to MoFi and Dave Glaser. Within about 90 days he had committed criminal defamation, when he reported to Missoula Police/Prosecutors that I threatened to kill him. He either took orders, or just jumped on the bandwagon… but either way, he defamed me. This was after denying me any small business assistance and denying me a $20,000 business loan. I didn’t even need the loan. No action was taken by Police or Prosecutors. I was not arrested. I was not charged with a crime. No newspaper articles were written. But this incident was one of several false allegations that would be used by Prosecutors to sentence me to 12 years in Prison.
In May of 2017, Katy Jones committed perjury, and criminal defamation, when she filed false statements in an order for protection. She falsely accused me of hitting her and breaking her tooth. No action was taken by Police or prosecutors because she had no injuries and they knew she was lying. I called the Police and made them look at her tooth. She was drunk and taking psychiatric pills. She chipped it on a beer bottle or something. I was sober and working on my truck in the garage. Katy was mad at me because I stopped sleeping with her, and had lost physical attraction towards her… this was used to sentence me to Prison for 12 years.
Late in 2017, Grace Stoner was coerced into going to Police with false allegations, perjury, and criminal defamation. Grace was 19, confused, and easily coerced. She was hanging around a bunch of low class people. Police recovered a text message from her phone to Katy Jones saying, “I’m with you girls, let’s find a way to get rid of Drew for good.” Grace was mad at me because we had an abortion, and she was confused about a lot of things, including my wealth/social status… because I always told her we were broke, but that was the only lie I ever told her. This was used to enhance my sentencing.
In 2018, I was accused of running a car off the road that doesn’t exist, by the Missoula County Sheriff’s Office, and the Assistant Attorney General of the State of Montana, Selene Koepke. Judge Halligan ordered a $50,000 Felony criminal endangerment bond, and a second $50,000 Felony bond a week later, for “violating conditions of my release”… 2 arrests… 7 days apart… and $10,000 cash stolen… for a case with no identifiable victim or vehicle. I was arrested twice, and paid $10,000 cash bail. $5,000 each time. The case was dismissed, but it was used to enhance my sentencing.
In 2018, Dillon Kato, at the Missoulian, wrote another false newspaper article about me that said I hit Grace in the head, threw her on the ground, and ran a car off the road. All of these false arrests and false allegations were eventually dismissed. He declined to print his own false accusations that I threatened to kill him, or that I had threatened to kill Dave Glaser. If I had just threatened to kill him, and threatened to kill Dave Glaser, why wasn’t that the headline?

In 2018, and again in 2019, Ryan Mickelson, and Jen Clark accused me of hitting Grace in the head, and holding her against her will. These charges were dismissed. This was used to enhance my sentencing, before I was even convicted. They sentenced me to Prison, then forced me to plead guilty, to get out of County lock-up.
In 2019 I got a mental health evaluation from Sam Waxwing at Waxwing psychotherapy that gave me a diagnosis for Asperger’s, and nothing else.
In 2019, my Missoula probation officer made false reports to the Court about alleged violations, after he attempted to block the sale and delivery of several vehicles in 2018 and 2019. This was used to enhance my sentencing.
In 2019, I baited employees of the Missoulian, including Dillon Kato, into reporting false threats to the Court, by walking by their Office, and giving them the finger, while wearing my business logo T-Shirt. This was a peaceful protest. This was used to enhance my sentencing.
In 2019, I baited Dave Glaser into reporting false threats to the court, by talking shit to him. This was used to enhance my sentencing. I called him a liar, a coward, a punk, and a bitch. All of these peaceful insults stand true today. He is indeed all of these, and more…
In 2019, Missoula Prosecutor Jen Clark acted as a witness at my sentencing, telling Judge Halligan that I hit Grace in the head. These allegations were being heard in front of another Judge, and had not been adjudicated yet. They sentenced me to Prison, then later forced me to plead guilty when I was already in Prison, to making Grace feel confused, but not hitting her (misdemeanor). This was used to enhance my sentencing.
In 2019, my corrupt, weak, broke Attorney Ben Darrow, that works in a closet with no windows, promised me a probation-only plea bargain. Ben Darrow promised me I would be flying right back to LAX, so we left my $100,000 Mercedes Van in secured parking at LAX. This van would eventually be repossessed while I was locked in Prison, forcing me to file for Chapter 7 bankruptcy protections. Ben Darrow and his wife lied to me about my plea bargain, created a false flag event, lied to Missoula City Police, had me charged with disorderly conduct, and lied to Judge Halligan, claiming that I threatened them. Then he suddenly withdrew from my case in front of the Judge, while I was being sentenced to 12 years in Prison. This was used to enhance my sentencing. Ben used to tell me… “Oh don’t worry about paying me… I got somebody else that pays the bills.”
In 2019, I was convicted of violating a protection order with 6 non-threatening emails (reply to’s on the same day) – which had nothing to with the above (12) sentence enhancements, and I was sentenced to 12 years in Prison.
From 2019-2021 – for 730 days through the entire COVID-19 Pandemic – I was imprisoned in the most violent State Prison in Montana, a corporate-for-profit Prison run by CCA nicknamed “Gladiator School”. Here we were housed with violent murderers and rapists. We were tortured… locked down for 23 hours a day, beaten, malnourished, light tortured, temperature tortured, sound tortured, color deprived, sleep deprived, forced into overcrowded cells, denied visitation, and denied medical care. Several inmates died from malnutrition, lack of medical care, and freezing temperatures.
When I left I had sores all over my body from infection, that has left permanent scarring all over my body. I lost my balance, I think from getting hit in the head and face, and being confined to small spaces, and in 2 years, I haven’t been able to get it back. My eyesight hasn’t been the same since. I have trouble taking level photographs, and riding (balancing) on my motorcycle. I think we were poisoned with cleaning chemicals in the food and water. I called my Dad from Prison to hear that he was dying of cancer, in the middle of the pandemic.
In 2021, I was released from Prison, and published my Prison Release Statement
in 2021, Dillon Kato and other anonymous sources from Missoula again started reporting false threats to my probation officer in Great Falls, Tim Hides. Tim investigated my conduct and found no wrongdoing. Tim is a real nice guy. Stand up guy.
In 2021, I went and got a 3rd mental health evaluation from Paula Mills:
In January of 2022, I filed Chapter 7 Bankruptcy in Great Falls, Montana, and discharged $63,000 of debt. I repaired my credit, and was given a financial fresh start.
In August of 2022, I was released from supervision for good behavior, and moved back to LA. I was driving this Mercedes-Benz that I bought with cash:

On December 25th, 2022, my Mother and Father reported an out-of-context threat (hearsay) to my old probation Officer, Tim Hides. My Father noted in the paperwork, that he didn’t think the Missoula Justice system had treated me fairly. My Mother and my Father are great people. Maybe somebody should have talked to my Father before they put me in Prison.
January 1st, 2023, I published this Federal complaint against Missoula County, alleging retaliation, corruption, collusion, perjury, criminal defamation, unlawful arrest, malicious prosecution, wrongful conviction, wrongful imprisonment, and business interference.
In January of 2023, I was contacted by a Missoula County Sheriff’s Office Detective Tyler Terrill. We had a 5 minute phone conversation and discussed the hearsay threat towards Dillon Kato. I explained to him that the words he read were taken out of context, and not a threat. Detective Terrill determined that I was not an immediate threat, and wrote in his report that no new crimes had been committed. However, the detective later lied in his report, saying that he was unable to reach me by phone. Good thing I recorded our conversation.
In January of 2023, Judge Halligan violated my due process rights, when she re-imposed supervision of my probation, based on hearsay statements, without notifying me, or offering me an opportunity to contest the alleged violations, or confront the witnesses against me. This unilateral decision sabotaged my re-entry from Prison, the restart of my business, and my financial fresh start from Bankruptcy.
In February of 2023, I was harassed repeatedly by a Missoula County Probation Officer, and threatened with a Felony warrant for my arrest. I told her to stop harassing me, and that I was going to sue Missoula County in Federal Court.
On February 15th, 2023, Missoula County Prosecutor Ryan Mickelson accused me of threatening to kill Dillon Kato in a public court hearing. I responded by notifying Ryan Mickelson that I was going to sue him in Federal Court.
This is the same Prosecutor that charged me with hitting Grace in the head, and holding her against her will, just months after we had a very traumatic and disrespectful abortion, at the only abortion clinic, in an anti-abortion state. Here’s the girl Ryan Mickelson says I hit in the head, apologizing to me, for hitting me in the head with a weapon:
On February 15th, 2023, we won a landslide victory… defeating a Missoula County Sheriff’s Office’s unlawful investigation, blocking a Missoula County Prosecutor’s malicious motion, and overturning a Missoula District Court Judge’s unconstitutional, unilateral order.
On June 8th, 2023, Missoula County Prosecutor Matt Jennings accused me of threatening to kill Dillon Kato and other members of the Missoula community in a public court hearing. I responded by notifying Matt Jennings that I was going to sue him in Federal Court.
On June 19, 2023, I baited Dave Glaser into committing perjury, and reaffirming his criminal defamation, when he lied in an application for an order of protection. I asked him if he had told Judge Halligan that I threatened to kill him. He responded by swearing under oath, and under penalty of perjury, that I threatened to kill him and his kids.

My only conviction out of all of this? Emailing my ex-girlfriend Katy Jones (6) non-threatening emails. But where are the emails? They were never read in court. Nobody has ever seen what I wrote. I think I left clues in these emails, that prove my innocence. The Missoula County Prosector’s Office has had them the whole time.
I am innocent of all alleged Felony conduct. The protection order I violated, contains perjury, and criminal defamation in Katy Jones’ application from 2017… just like the protection order Dave Glaser filed in June of 2023, that contains perjury and criminal defamation… just like the Federal lawsuit I won, against Missoula Chamber of Commerce member Sten Solberg in 2014, for defamation and business interference. This entire case is built on perjury and defamation, sworn into falsified documents and falsified protection orders.
My Rabbi told me these attacks on my business, and on my reputation, are acts of antisemitism. These are historically classic antisemitic tactics, used against Jews by Nazis in pre-war Germany… in the 1930’s. Only 90 years ago. I would add that it’s also discrimination against me because I have Asperger’s (160 IQ – Gifted). I am a member of (2) protected and oft discriminated classes… I’m an Ashkenazi Jew… and I’m on the Autism spectrum.

“Keep putting someone on trial every year for 10 years straight. Blacklist them. Pay them a defamation settlement in Federal Court. Keep telling them that there’s something wrong with them. Charge them with crimes they didn’t commit. Tell everyone by publishing 2 articles in your state-run media. Send them to Prison for 730 days. Repeat the process during their fresh restart. Keep telling everyone you suspect the Jew of being a psychotic killer. For 10 years.”
After publishing this complaint, and looking at the totality of the circumstances, I developed a reasonable fear that this was retaliation against my family. My parents spent 60 years combined as medical malpractice and personal injury Attorneys, engaged in lawsuits against negligent bad actors, and corrupt corporations. This raises the question: “Is this current legal attack, revenge for lawsuits filed by either my Mother, or by my Father, throughout their 60 years of private practice?” This question prompted me to engage a security protocol my Father instructed me to do as a child (32 years ago) if I ever found myself in such a situation. I notified senior staff at his old medical malpractice and personal injury law firm; Sieben, Gross, VonHoltum, McCoy, and Carey. As the oldest and largest personal injury law firm in Minnesota, the Firm has aged out, and what I found was a shell of what once was. Jon Carey, who recently passed away, a great man, was my Dad’s partner. Everyone else that I knew as child, that is still alive, is 80 years old and retired. I emailed the only remaining original active senior partner, Harry Sieben, who is the former Commander of the Minnesota National Guard.
Since releasing this complaint, I’ve had the brand new $99,000.00 camper conversion I’m building torn apart and searched twice by California Law Enforcement without warrant or probable cause. I’ve been censored and shadow banned off of Meta Business social media platforms (Instagram; Facebook)
