A new development in my case…
Yesterday my 79 year old Mother finally addressed the Court – and the group of (8) Attorneys/Therapists who have worked on my case from 2016-2024 – for the first time.
Among other things, she said she believes my Prison sentence was “not necessary” and that my assessment in Montana was “totally inadequate”. She also called the Court “clumsy”. My Mother reiterated what I’ve been saying the whole time… that my legal problems were not caused by alcohol, drug use, or addiction. My problems were not caused by criminal activity. I am not, and was never, a violent threat to others.
All of this is in-line with my Father saying he “doesn’t believe I was treated fairly.”
In her email, she talks about being “sold” a plan about my supervision/incarceration… and how before I was sentenced to Prison, my Attorney Ben Darrow told her I was going to receive “counseling”.
When I was sentenced to Prison in 2019, I was a 38 year old adult. My Mother was 75 years old.
- Why was my Attorney Ben Darrow engaging in secret negotiations behind my back, regarding my supervision/incarceration, with my 75 year old Mother?
- Why was my 75 year old Mother’s “green light”, part of the negotiation process that sent me to Prison?
- Why was my Mother “sold” a false plan about “counseling”, that actually resulted in me being sentenced to Prison?
- Why was my 75 year old Mother allowed to “green light” any plan?
- Since when is a criminal defense lawyer allowed to decide whether or not his client goes to Prison, based on secret negotiations with his defendant’s 75 year old Mother?
Anyone involved in this shit can rot in Prison, or write me a check, or both… for dragging my family around like this for 8 years, and for ruining the end of my Parents life with this make-believe bullshit 🖕🏽 A Federal Judge is about to slap you all into your place. There is (1) Banker that’s going to Federal Prison for at least 5 years and hopefully 10 or 20. Eye for an eye. There are several people who need to lose their professional titles and licenses to practice law. “McDonald’s is hiring. Why don’t you go get a job? They’re good paying jobs.”
