Amended Complaint [Vol 5] Supervision of Assets

I am requesting immediate intervention by the FBI/US DOJ

I am the victim of an 8-year Federal Banking and Defamation Crime. The extent of the damages; the dollar amounts involved (exceeds $75,000 threshold); the interstate nature of this case (Montana, California, Minnesota); and the inexplicable actions of the local County Courts (Missoula, Montana)… all qualify this case as Federal Jurisdiction.

I am requesting a Federal Grand Jury and a Federal Warrant for the arrest of David Glaser, CEO and President of MoFi, Missoula MT;

I am requesting a Federal Injunction and Federal supervision of assets;

Bi-lateral, multi-directional asset freeze
- Dave Glaser’s business and personal assets need to be frozen, and placed under Federal supervision.
  - His $515,000/year salary
  - His $750,000 residence located at 109 Crestview Ln, Missoula MT.
  - His business located at 229 E. Main St, Missoula MT.
- Dave Glaser’s Ex-Wife Minette Johnson’s business and personal assets need to be frozen, and placed under Federal supervision
  - Recent Divorce (2022)
    - They were married when his Federal Crime was committed (2016)(2019)
  - +$1,000,000.00 property located at <redacted for privacy>
- I am requesting conservatorship over my Family’s estate
